Quit Addiction Part One

Quit Addiction Part One

Dear friends, if we want to tell ourselves honestly, we must learn from the same mistakes and ignorance of our youth and experiences.

If you read this article to the end, you may be able to save many who are addicted

And save the loved ones who may experience all kinds of drugs or are at least trapped in one of them and different kinds of alcohol and opium and all kinds of its derivatives and cocaine.

I said to start smoking first, but I said quitting smoking is not everyone’s job, it’s the heroes’ job

And I write at the end of the communes, but the flow of the hero is what Rumi says .. O kings, we killed the enemy outside … there is a worse enemy inside than inside

… The real hero is the one who kills himself

The real hero knows that if he says I will leave him, it means he has to fight with him or for him and he will be harassed.

But the real hero finds the reason

And says it all

Before starting, to show how good it is to help addicts and how much it is appreciated in the world, I will give an example from Masnavi.

Rumi says that they took the cow to Farang. The story is better in the same language as Masnavi … The cow came from Farang

.. jumps from these heads to those heads ..

. Zan of all pleasures and tastes ..

. He does not see non-melon peel

. In my opinion, this story is similar to the situation of addicts in different societies. All those who sought addiction sought to solve the riddles of creation and that they wanted to prove to others.

They leave and wanting is the same as being able

But when they caught him, all their thoughts and thoughts became the same substance like melon, because they became cows and could not be so beautiful.

And all this luxury and its different types

Like all this delicious food watching the gardens; Mountains soar and watch the infinitely beautiful stars

He takes freedom from himself

And imprisons himself

And God says help me to quit smoking, nothing is higher than improving human vision .. Do not house in other people’s land

Do your job, do not work as a stranger

You lost your battle

He does not know others in himself

In this poem, we see that emphasis is placed on addressing oneself and saying do not build a house on land that does not belong to you, and in the second verse, it refers to those who lost their lives in the struggle, for example, with cigarettes and mistaken themselves with others. Taken. There are those who smoke for the rest of their lives and think that they have served themselves.

As we know, every thing gets better with its opposite, knowledge.

Here it is better to know to get a proper understanding of “smoking cessation”

What does it mean for a healthy body that does not smoke, even at the age of seventy, to climb the plains and mountains like a mountain goat? Rumi writes:

Because fairy prevails over man

Get lost from the man, a popular description

She has gone and become her own fairy

The uninspired Turk has spoken

The poor man did not know himself

Excess came and went in little

He sold himself cheaply

He sewed his atlas on a rope

Hundreds of thousands of snakes and that amazes him

Why he wonders and loves snakes

In this poem, too, man has somehow changed his place and is surprised by the snake,

In fact, this is self-alienation;

The alienation that most afflicts the quasi-intellectual people of our society today,

People who take themselves for granted and are completely seduced by others and empty of themselves.

As they think with the intellect of others, they see with the eyes of others,

They hear with the ears of others

And they speak the language of others.

Rumi addresses such human beings:

You have eyes, look into your own eyes

Menger is unaware of an idiot’s eye

You listen, you listen to your ear

Why are you listening to Golan?

Do not imitate the opinion

Let’s listen to each other and;

Think with our intellect

, Look with our eyes and hear with our ears. And act on it

To leave nothing higher is not to improve human vision

Do your job, do not work as a stranger

You lost your battle

He does not know others in himself

Here, in order to gain a correct understanding of “smoking cessation”, it is better to know what it means that “a healthy body that does not smoke, even at the age of seventy, like a mountain goat, can climb the plains and mountains tirelessly”? Rumi writes:

Because fairy prevails over man

Get lost from the man, a popular description

Excess came and went in little

Let’s listen to each other and; Let us think with our intellect, see with our eyes and hear with our ears. And let’s act on what is drunkenness:

Senses; To become; Turmeric wood; In view of being sanded .. Rumi

But what is the use of this stumbling for us when it is not useful for our body because grape sugar is broken down outside and everything we eat in our body becomes grape sugar.

And our bodies are not able to convert the sugar broken down in alcohol back into the original grape sugar

And so what will be in our body will be only alcohol

And this alcohol can not supply fuel to our body like grape sugar and so-called does not burn in our body.

And now what is the purpose of this burning? The purpose of burning is 1) to create heat for our body for chemical interactions. 2) Eliminate various parts of our body that are deficient in substances. 3) Bring lasting and constant strength and power to the body.

Any food that does not have such a function will be harmful to the body. Alcohol is one of these substances because it has no nutritional value. It causes fire in the body, which means that in addition to not benefiting the body, it burns all the reserves in our body.

And this is what causes the person who consumes alcohol

Because all the reserves in his body are depleted and burned

Sluggishness and lethargy take over his existence

Alcohol is mixed with water in any proportion and muscle water is taken. And that is why alcoholics get thirsty after drinking alcohol.

People who have one gram of alcohol in their blood as a result of alcohol consumption

They stumble and people who get two grams of alcohol into their blood will faint

And if three grams of alcohol enters the blood, it causes weakness in the body and a coma in the person.

And he will die many times
